December 2008 Trips

Tunica casinos trip is December 2-3, $59 pp/dbl or $80 single.

Our Christmas trip is the very popular tour of the Biltmore Mansion. Dates are Dec. 8-10. For $526 pp/dbl, you receive deluxe motorcoach transportation, accommodations at the Holiday Inn-Asheville Biltmore West, four meals, candlelight tour of Biltmore Estate, daytime visit to the Estate, visit to Grove Park Inn with the famous Gingerbread House exhibit, winery visit, tour of Asheville,

2009 FiftyForward Travel Trips

January 15-24, visit Hawaii and escape the cold weather. We will visit Oahu, Kauai, and Maui. A visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center and a luau are included, along with much more. Cost is $4,184 pp/dbl.

Details are incomplete, but in February we will travel to Tiptonville, Tenn., to see the American Eagles. Included are a ride on a pontoon boat and a daybreak photo opportunity, as well as a festival celebrating the eagles.

For 11 days starting March 25, we will be in Greece. This includes an Athens city tour, the Acropolis and Parthenon, Olympic Stadium, temple of Zeus, and Delphi – among other stops. Cost is $3,149 pp/dbl. Call for more details.

A trip to Biloxi is booked for April 20-23. We will be staying at the Beau Rivage and included is a tour of New Orleans. Cost is $497 pp/dbl. There will be a pickup at the Martin Center for this tour.

April 25-May 3 is the Springtime Tulip River Cruise, featuring Dutch and Belgian Waterways. Rates vary depending on cabin preference. Stops include Amsterdam, Volendam, Arnhem, Middelburg, Ghent and more.

If Greece by itself is not enough, join us for a trip to the Italian Lakes and Greek Isles, September 4-15. This includes a seven-night Eastern Mediterranean Cruise. Cost is from $4,612 pp/dbl, depending on the cabin of your choice.

Oct. 11-19, we are visiting Beijing, China for the unbelievable price of $2,499 pp/dbl. Naturally the Great Wall and a visit with pandas are included.

From The Sound of Music to On Golden Pond is the trip to New York and Lancaster,Pa. You need to call to find out the particulars of this one; you won’t believe all that is included for the price of $1,595 pp/dbl. Date of the trip is Oct. 21-29, 2009.

A lot of other destinations are in the works, including the Indy 500 and, of course, monthly trips to either Tunica or Harrah’s. We will also be visiting Graceland soon.
